Aluminum sheet is simply aluminum strips formed into thin and flat pieces. It is one of the fundamental forms used in aluminum works, and can be cut and bent into a variety of different shapes. Pieces thicker than 6 mm (0.25 in) are considered plate.
Grade 3003-H14 is stronger than 1100, while maintaining the same form ability and low cost. It is corrosion resistant and weldable. It is often used in stamping, spun and drawn parts, mail boxes, cabinets, tanks, and fan blades.
Applications — Cooking utensils, kitchen equipment, decorative trim, awnings, siding, storage tanks, chemical equipment, etc.
Unless cutting directions are provided, we will cut 20’, 21’ & 24’ length items ordered to 8ft length and for sheets or plates of 4’ x 10’ size will be cut into 4’ x 5’. Shipping charges quoted in your shopping cart are for items cut to 8ft or less. Max Length for UPS shipping is 105".
